NO SWELL
Due to the severe lack of any swell the SOUL Longboard club had to call off its April Comp.
About 50-60 keen punters turned up at Ocean Grove only to be greeted by an almost flat sea. The decision was made to put on the Barbie and get some bacon and eggs and see if the start of the predicted swell increase would arrive.
By 9am it was looking worse and by 10 am the decision was made to call the event off. As it turned out the swell never really increased for the whole weekend.

Sat 26th July. Mid year function and Raffle draw. 6.30pm Oceangrove Golf Club.
