Crescent Head 2009+Pic
Also recently was the annual trip for some of our members to Crescent Head. With the news of storms, floods and huge seas the group (minus a couple of regulars) including, Tucker, Meier, Croft, Castles, Craig + Matt Robbo, Emslie, Wall, Smithy, Brooksy, The Wolf (Duan - I forgot he didn't go, he got AC/DC tickets instesd), Steve Julian + Sally Messina (sorry Sal) all headed off. When they got there they were greeted with more storms and more flooding. Some competitors managed to get through using fire trucks and 4wds. Our crew were not only worried about getting in but more so getting out, as there was more rain predicted during the week.
In the end they decided to stay around Anna Bay and One Mile beach for a while before working their way down the coast to Merimbula and then home.
