SOUTHERN OCEAN UNION of LONGBOARDERS

Was born in Australia but moved to Canada when I was just a wee little baby, so I have spent my whole life in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We decided to move back to Oz a few years ago and on April 6th 2010 it became a reality for the family. The change has been a tough one, as things are very different here. Soon after the move I decided to get into surfing as it has always been my dream to. Before long I was hooked, then I got the kids hooked. We started coming down to the beach every weekend we could as we love the water. For the first time since we moved back did we all feel like we belonged. Just got back in to skating as well after 17 years out of it. Australia is full of firsts and new starts for us. Oh and in case you didn’t already know, I am very opinionated, will always tell you what’s on my mind ( no sugar coating for this gal) On occasion I say things that may offended , but it’s all in fun. I love my life, and love my kids even more!!

Future life for us- well move down to Ocean Grove and surf more!!
